COAL INDIA LIMITED – COMING on the 18thof October,2010
· The Final IPO date - 18th to 21st of October,2010 . Price Band will be declared on the 12th of October
· It is expected to garner approx 12 TO 15 LACS APPLICATION & may lead to new DP account of approx 4-5 Lacs. Issue size is approx Rs.13500 CR PLUS.
· First PSU IPO where FII's have shown huge interest. In the earlier PSU IPO's the FII participation was almost missing.
· CIL has got 5 out of 5 (5/5), the best rating from Crisil for any public sector issue and one of the best among all issues in last two years
· Profit after Tax on 31/03/2010 as per audited accounts is Rs.3780 cr.
· The premium quoted is around Rs.15-16 per share. Retailers may get 5% Discount.
· In case of Retail & Non-Institutional Bidders cheque is to be drawn in favor of "Escrow Account-Coal India-R"

For applying IPO the Basic Information Sheet (file attached) has to be filled along with relevant info in the excel file and after filling send us the same file on our email id info@alliesf.in at least one week before Coal India Limited IPO kicks off. No Matters where ever DEMAT A/c u hold, you can avail this facility for yourself or your clients.
For application of IPO , you or your clients need to only send us:
Name of IPO document (Print copy of Word File Attached & self Signed),
Cheque and Photocopies of PAN Card (self Signed )only.
In case of non availability of forms you are requested to use this facility .
Please make a note of it. We Would not accept the slip and cheque on Last day.
DD/ Cheque should be only payable at Mumbai & Payable at Par.
