Nifty expected to open soft on global equity cues.
Watch circa support zone 10230-10179 and June contract end account volatility. For Nifty to resume its uptrend resistance zone of 10342- 10450 remains crucial.

Bank Nifty goal post of 21165 and 21807 remains as the short term breakout / breakdown points.

US markets fell on Wednesday on rising cases and some doubts on reopening. Most indices fell between 2% to 3% with Russell 2000 falling close to 3.5%.

Markets would be watching bank stress slated for today.

Crude futures fell sharply as the global growth concerns resurfaced, WTI trades below 39 and Brent near 40. CBOE Vix rose close to 34, dollar index once again rose above 97 and US 10 year fell to 0.67

Pranam,

All Kachara Kabadi, small and and midcap stocks are running since last 3 months.

*Reason*
During last 3 months in Lockdown 18 Lacs new Demat accounts were opened... so new fresh people are coming to market who wants to make fast quick money in Lockdown. They are neither investors nor traders, just came to market for some short term gain from market, as they have no income during Lockdown. And all this operators are very clever, they knows that if they will maintain uptrend in smallcap and midcap stocks then only these new people will put their money.
Some days back a well known Investor Vijay Kedia also said same thing.
So beware, stay Alert and Cautious in all this stocks

@AlliesFin

I just read this message in another group. Thought it is worth sharing

A man, who regularly attended meetings with his friends, without any notice stopped participating in his activities.

After a few weeks, one very cold night, the leader of that group decided to visit him.

He found the man at home, alone, sitting in front of a fireplace where a bright and cozy fire burned. Guessing the reason for the visit, the man welcomed the leader. There was a great silence.

The two men only watched the dancing flames around the logs that crackled in the fireplace.

After a few minutes, the leader, without saying a word, examined the embers that formed and selected one of them, the most incandescent of all, removing it to the side of the brazier with a pair of tongs. Then he sat down again.

The host was paying attention to everything, fascinated but restless.

Before long, the lone ember flame subsided, until there was only a momentary glow and the fire suddenly went out.

In a short time, what was a sample of light and heat, was nothing more than a black, cold and dead piece of coal.

Very few words had been spoken since the greeting.

The leader, before preparing to leave, with the pliers returned the cold and useless coal, placing it again in the middle of the fire. Immediately, the ember was rekindled, fueled by the light and heat of the burning coals around him.

When the leader reached the door to leave, the host said: Thank you for your visit and for your beautiful lesson. I will return to the group.

Goodnight...

Why are the groups extinguished?
Very simple: because each member that withdraws takes fire and heat from the rest.

It is worth reminding members of a group that they are part of the flame.

It is good to remind you that we are all responsible for keeping each other's flame burning and we must promote the union between all so that the fire is really strong, effective and lasting.

It does not matter if sometimes we are bothered by so many messages that reach the chat
What matters is to be connected.

Some of us are silent, others very active, the friends that we are meeting here are to meet, learn, exchange ideas, or simply know that we are not alone. That there is a group of friends, colleagues or family with whom we can count.

Let us keep the flame alive. Although some report sporadically it is good to know that they keep their flame burning!

THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR BONFIRE!

I am a reflection of light for my companions.

@AlliesFin

Do read & understand

There was a very brilliant boy, he always scored 100% in Science.

Got Selected for IIT Madras and scored excellent in IIT.

Went to the University of California for MBA.
Got a high paying job in America and settled there.

Married a Beautiful Tamil Girl.

Bought a 5 room big house and luxury cars.
He had everything that make him successful but a few years ago he committed suicide after shooting his wife and children.

*WHAT WENT WRONG?*

California Institute of Clinical Psychology Studied his case and found *“what went wrong?”*

The researcher met the boy's friends and family and found that he lost his job due to America’s economic crisis and he had to sit without a job for a long time.

After even reducing his previous salary amount, he didn't get any job.

Then his house installment broke and he and his family lost the home.

They survived a few months with less money and then he and his wife together decided to commit suicide.

He first shot his wife and children and then shot himself.

The case concluded that the man was Programmed for *success* but he was not *trained for handling failures*.

Now let's come to the actual question.

*What are the habits of highly successful people?*

First of all, remember that if you have achieved everything, there is a chance to lose everything, nobody knows when the next economic crisis will hit the world.

*The best success habit is getting trained for handling failures*.

Please do not get programed to be *successful* but *Learn how to handle failures* and also learn proper lessons about life.

Learning high-level science and maths will help us to clear competitive exams but only a knowledge about life will help us to face every problem.

Let us learn about how *money works* instead of learning to *work for money*.

Help yourself finding your passion because these degrees will not help you in the next economic crisis and you don’t know when the next crisis will hit the world.

Nifty expected to open higher after a much expected pull back near 10000 levels. Watch for some more give backs towards 9880 if Nifty fails to cross over 10159.
Nifty Bank also seeing some correction (as indicated yesterday) expect a support zone near 19800 if Bank Nifty fails to take out 20980.

US markets saw some correction after a big rally that took indices close to or above the life highs. Dow slipped close to 1%, S&P just under 1%, Nasdaq managed to escape the sell-off with minor gains. Russell 2000 gave up close to 2% from previous close. There was some rotation from economy facing stocks to tech heavy Nasdaq.

Crude futures also eased a bit with WTI trading below 39 and Brent below 41. US dollar index eased further near 96.34 and Cboe vix rose almost 7% nearing 27. US 10 year also corrected near 0.82

Markets not expecting any rate action from Fed on the back of some improvement in the macros. But focus would be on the commentary from Fed Chair. The meet is scheduled for today.

On other macros, China CPI rose less than expected and Eurozone GDP contracted as per expectations.

Nifty expected to open flat to marginally positive on the back of overnight rally in US markets. Watch 10159 for either side moves. For Bank Nifty watch 20950 for either side moves. After a strong rally on Nifty and Bank Nifty some give back for one or two days is acceptable.

US markets continued its upmove for yet another day, Nasdaq moved higher in a new life time zone (both on intraday and on close basis) and is now setting sight for next psychological level of 10000. Russel 2000 continued to outperform marginally.

US dollar index remained subdued below 97, Vix moved higher towards 26 (the elevated levels of Vix with markets moving near life highs is a point to watch), US 10 year traded near 0.85 Crude futures also traded in narrow range, WTI below 39, Brent below 42.

Very painful but Fact !!!

Amazon wants to buy a stake in Airtel.

Google is in advance talks to buy stake in Vodafone.

Facebook has already bought stake in Jio.

The list goes on.....

All foreigners wants to be owners of Indian companies.

But majority of Indians remain to be loaners by investing in fixed deposits

Be a owner, not a loaner.
