Reciprocal Tariffs - Delayed but not forgotten !

2. Lutnick confirmed that reciprocal tariff studies will be complete by April 1
3. Lutnick said that reciprocal tariffs will start by April 2, barring President Trump's approval

10. VATs = Tariffs. Trump said that he will consider VATs to be similar to tariffs. Value Added Tax (VAT) is a consumption tax that is applied to nearly all goods and services that are bought and sold for use or consumption in the EU.
