*Selling pressure in Small and Midcap stocks*

SEBI has asked Mutual Funds for disclosure of risk measures taken by them, in case of market correction. It appears huge investment has been done by MF (almost to the tune of 100%) in Small and Midcap Funds, obviously due to huge flow of money from investors. Some MFs have stopped accepting lumpsum investment into Small and Midcap funds. There is no restriction on MFs to invest in these funds. They need not keep cash. However steep rally has caused concern as to how these funds will cope up in case of market crash.
