Vodafone Idea has approved issuance of equity shares on rights basis aggregating upto Rs. 25000 crores in ratio of 87:38 i.e. 87 equity shares for every 38 equity shares held and issue price is Rs. 12.50 per share. Record date 02 April 2018. Issue opening on 10 April 2019 and closing on 24 April 2019.
