MARKETS NEEDS TO OPEN FIRM AS CRUDE FROM 78 TO 72, DOLLAR STRENGTHING AGAINST RUPEE & YEN WHICH ARE ALL BULLISH SIGNS.

IT STOCKS, RELIANCE PACK , BANKING STOCKS, ENGG STOCKS LOOKS POSITIVE FOR SHORT TERM.

MARKETS NEWS :

The Government has announced fresh restrictions on External Commercial Borrowing (ECB). As per new norms, companies will now be able to raise only upto $20ml abroad for rupee expenditure and only with prior RBI approval for end use. All ECB above $20ml will have to parked overseas for use as only for foreign currency expenditure.

US Fed policy committee held interest rates unchanged at 5.25% for the ninth straight time.

FIIs can not buy Sical Logistics as their holding have gone below of 24% at their paid up capital and IFCI as their holding reached the trigger limit of 22% without RBI approval
