ELECTRIFYING SESSION

Yesterday on 3 October 2007 we saw a highly volatile & electrifying session as there was more then 2500 points movements on the Sensex indices. We opened on a strong note with more then 400 points up & went upto 600 points up & all of a sudden we saw -ve 50 points from 600 up & then again 550 points. What a rollercoaster session was there. Atlast we ended +ve with more then 500 points up.

Markets are in highly euphoric stage by neglecting many negative factors. Anyways we are all in highly overbought zone but who cares if our stocks are running & giving mindblowing returns then we should be least bothered.

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, Mahatma Gandhi, the apostle of peace and the Father of the Nation was born on 2nd October 1869 at Porbandar in Gujarat. Gandhi Jayanti is celebrated on the very day every year as the birthday of Mahatma Gandhi, Father of India. In his autobiography My experiments with Truth Gandhi recalls that his childhood and teen age years were characterised by education in a local school, marriage to Kasturba at the age of 13 and an intrinsic love for 'truth' and 'duty'.

The object of this massive tribute, died as he always lived, private man without wealth, without property, without official title or office Mahatma Gandhi was not the commander of armies nor a ruler of vast lands, he could not bold any scientific achievement or artistic gift, yet man, governments, dignitaries from all round the world have joined hands to pay homage to this little brown man in loin clothes, who lead his country to freedom. In the words of General George C marshal, American secretary of state " Mahatma Gandhi has become the spokesman of conscience of all man kind", he was a man who made humility and simple truth more powerful than empires and Albert Einstein added "Generations to come will scars believe that such one as this ever in flesh and blood walked upon this earth". Mahatma Gandhi, was the charismatic leader who brought the cause of India's independence from British colonial rule to world attention. He powerfully demonstrated his philosophy of non-violence, for which he coined the term satyagraha, as one of the most powerful tools uniquely available to the masses for lasting peace.

By means of non-violent civil disobedience, an idea he developed from the teachings of Leo Tolstoy and Henry David Thoreau, Gandhi helped bring about India's independence from British rule. This inspired other colonial peoples to work for their own independence, ultimately dismantling the British Empire and replacing it with the Commonwealth of Nations. Gandhi's principle of satyagraha (from Sanskrit satya: truth, and agraha: request "a justified demand"), often translated as "way of truth" or "pursuit of truth", has inspired other democratic activists, including Martin Luther King, Jr.. He often said that his values were simple; drawn from traditional Hindu beliefs: truth (satya), and non-violence (ahimsa).

A HIGHLY VOLATILE MONTH TO COME.

Last month September 2007, we saw the month which created new highs & new records in Indian stocks markets. A month where investors portfolio gained & made traders create mind blowing returns in short term.

Our RELIANCE PACK which is almost outperforming markets day by day & which is giving traders & investors to mint lot.

The stock markets are gaining day & day but many people are thinking is this a BUBBLE or ?????. What so ever when people are minting everything is fine.

But Caution all the time as if we are trading or buying @ this levels is highly risky & have to be very stock specific or choosy for ur monies to invest for either short / long term. One thing should be clear for buy trades is that we need to hold for more then 6 months to 1 years or even higher time frame if the markets correct from current levels then this should be the view.

October 2007 would be month where one can see highly volatile sessions & one has to get ready for 2 - 3 % intraday volatility. For traders if buy trades are made then either put strict stop losses or put trailing stop losses.

This should be the strategy for the days & months to come.
