A HIGHLY VOLATILE MONTH TO COME.

Last month September 2007, we saw the month which created new highs & new records in Indian stocks markets. A month where investors portfolio gained & made traders create mind blowing returns in short term.

Our RELIANCE PACK which is almost outperforming markets day by day & which is giving traders & investors to mint lot.

The stock markets are gaining day & day but many people are thinking is this a BUBBLE or ?????. What so ever when people are minting everything is fine.

But Caution all the time as if we are trading or buying @ this levels is highly risky & have to be very stock specific or choosy for ur monies to invest for either short / long term. One thing should be clear for buy trades is that we need to hold for more then 6 months to 1 years or even higher time frame if the markets correct from current levels then this should be the view.

October 2007 would be month where one can see highly volatile sessions & one has to get ready for 2 - 3 % intraday volatility. For traders if buy trades are made then either put strict stop losses or put trailing stop losses.

This should be the strategy for the days & months to come.

A WEEK FUUL OF RECORDS. SENSEX HITTING 17000 THE PREVIOUS DAY & NIFTY HITTING 5000 MARK YESTERDAY. TECH , BANKING METALS LEADING THE RALLY WHILE WE SAW SOME PROFIT BOOKING IN RELIANCE PACK.

Markets do look quite heavy at current levels with more than 1lc crore open interest and two days of expiry. Traders should book profits to the extent of 40-50%.Out of the money calls on the nifty should be written.
