NIFTY VIEW :
Nifty Futures unable to close above the Resistance Level of 4300
Nifty Futures tested the level of 4295 for 3rd time and reacted sharply downwards in intraday. The day’s low of 4235 is also below the support zone 4260 – 4245. The key retracement levels are showing 4225 as 50% and 4200 as 62% support levels. The support trendline is also indicating the support at 4200. If the level of 4200 breaches, then Nifty Futures may test level of 4150. The resistance levels for Nifty Futures are at 4275 and 4300 respectively. The timing cycle is showing the reversal on 7th / 8th of June i.e. 1. If the consolidation continuous, then the upward reversal or breakout will be materialized on above days 2. If the upward rally continues then the top formation may be seen on above-mentioned timing cycle days.

Nifty Futures at the verge of Upward Breakout with 1st target of 4350
A 146-point uptrend was seen in Nifty Futures from the low of 4150 to the high of 4296. This rise is consolidating in a form of price pattern and after completion of this sideways correction, upward breakout is expected in Nifty Futures. The closing above 4300 is expected to push Nifty Futures to the 1st resistance at 4350 and the intraday support zone is between 4260 & 4245 as shown in the chart. The Banking stocks are showing fresh breakout and expected to show strong uptrend.

The immediate resistance is at 4350 and now the earlier resistance of 4246 will act as a strong support. As F&O settlement is on 31st May, a consolidation phase may be seen above 4350 levels before continuing the uptrend at higher levels.

Trendline and Retracement level showing Strong Support at 4138 for Nifty Futures.
The ‘C’ wave is continued in Nifty Futures and tested the 1st support level of 4185. A support trendline connecting the bottom of this uptrend at 3585 formed on 2nd April and higher bottom of 3990 formed on 11th May is showing support at 4138. At the same time the 50% retracement level of 4284 and 3990 is also coinciding at 4138 levels; thus making this level as strong support. If this level is breached then next crucial support is at 4100. The corrective up-move in Nifty Futures will get strong resistance at 4245. The RSI on daily chart is at the verge of downward breakout and closing below 4138 is expected to trigger the ongoing short – term downtrend.
We expect that real estate & Property & tech stocks should bounce as tech counters are for value buy at cmp & property stocks for short term trading.

There were gaps on Bse Sensex charts , which has been filled yesterday.

Double Top at 4284 in Nifty Futures will act as a Strong Resistance
For last 2 trading sessions, Nifty Futures is forming high at 4284 levels and showing corrective downtrend in intraday. The current trend is started from the low of 3990 and almost completed 300 points in last 9 trading sessions, which can be termed as ‘B’ corrective up wave as per Elliot Wave Theory. A bearish Japanese Candlestick on daily chart is suggesting the starting of ‘C’ wave in a form of complex correction showing consolidation phase between 4300/4350 and 4100 with scrip specific activity.
