While _'Change is the only constant'_ there are some changes that we need to be wary of, like the recent one by SEBI.
We think we need to be *cautious* and not to get carried away with these changes. As an investor with long term horizon life does not change due to SEBI moves. As an investor we need to follow some discipline and not to jump in and out with cosmetic changes as Mid and Small cap investing is not easy and often has been pain before the gain.
